Heard the parties.

1. The petitioner was admittedly a daily wage

employee and vide Letter No. VCR-212-/07 dated 30.11.2007

(Annexure1/A), he was removed from the post, which he was

holding in the College under Lalit Narayan Mithila University

and for the said cause of action, the present writ petition has

been filed in the year 2015, about eight years of the removal of

the petitioner from service. However, no reason has been

assigned in the petition for delayed filing of the present writ

petition.

2. Keeping in view the delayed filing of the present Patna High Court CWJC No.6913 of 2015 dt.17-02-2023

writ petition, no order can be passed.

3. Accordingly, on the ground of gross laches and

delay, the present writ petition is dismissed.
