The petitioner, by way of this writ petition, has prayed

for quashing of order dated 24.08.2021 (Annexure-1), passed by

the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Koshi Division,

Saharsa, whereby the petitioner has been terminated from the

post of Assistant Teacher.

Neither the documents relating to the chargesheet nor

the enquiry report has been filed nor any other documents are on

record except the reply filed by the petitioner on 08.08.2006 Patna High Court CWJC No.1151 of 2023 dt.10-02-2023

(Annexure-4).

From the records, this Court finds that the judgments

passed by this Court in cases, have been marked as annexures.

In ordinary course, there is no occasion for marking the

judgments of this Court as annexures, as the same cannot be

said to be documents in support of or against the concerned

petitioner nor any affidavit in support of such judgment can be

possibly filed.

Writ petition is found to be miserably drafted without

proper facts and accordingly the same is dismissed with liberty

to the petitioner file fresh petition, if so advised.
