Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. After some arguments, Mr. Sanjay Kumar

Singh, the learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks

permission to withdraw this petition in order to prefer a Patna High Court CWJC No.23890 of 2018 dt.06-02-2023

revision petition against the order cancelling the license

of the petitioner and the appellate order affirming the

same.

3. Should such a revision petition be filed

before the concerned authority within a period of 30

days, it shall be considered and after giving reasonable

opportunity to the petitioner to represent his cause, a

final order shall be passed within a period of 60 days

thereafter, giving reasons in support of the same.

4. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty

aforesaid.
