Heard Mr. Chandra Shekhar Anand, learned counsel

appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Anurag Saurabh is

representing the Muzaffarpur Municipal Corporation. The State

is represented by Mr. Yogesh Kumar, learned counsel.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the

petitioner seeks liberty to file an exhaustive representation

before the Municipal Commissioner, Muzaffarpur Municipal

Corporation, who is the Managing Director of the Smart City

Limited.

3. In view of the prayer made on behalf of the learned

counsel for the petitioner, the present writ application stands Patna High Court CWJC No.3002 of 2023 dt.22-08-2023

disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a

representation before the respondents No. 2 and 3.

4. Needless to say that if such representation is filed

within four weeks from today, the respondents No. 2 and 3 shall

be under obligation to consider and dispose of the same within a

further period of eight weeks.
