Date : 21-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):-
"That this application is for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction for refund of the Initial Security Deposit (ISD) made by the petitioner in connection with the advertisement that was issued by the respondent authorities on 25.11.2018 for award of RO dealership in between KM stone number 93 and 101 on Ghorghat -Sultanganj Road, on NH 80, District Bhagalpur with adequate interest."
Learned counsel for the respondent Indian Oil
Corporation states that petitioner has not uploaded all the
documents and information on the correct portal enabling the Patna High Court CWJC No.486 of 2022 dt.21-02-2022
authorities to process the petitioner's case.
We notice that petitioner has already approached
respondent no. 2, namely, Chief Divisional Manager (Retail
Sales), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Begusarai with a request
dated 1st of October 2020 (Annexure-4) Page-21. According to
the petitioner, the said request is yet pending.
Be that as it may, in view of the stand taken by the
respondents, we direct the petitioner to upload the information,
complete in all respect, on the portal meant for refund of the
amount, which in the present case is Initial Security Deposit
(ISD).
Learned counsel for the bank states that portal shall
be opened with prior intimation to the petitioner.
Let the petitioner make himself available before the
respondent no. 3, namely, Head of Divisional Office, Begusarai
Divisional Office, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Near Barauni
Refinery Police Station, Begusarai on 7th of March, 2022 on
which date the portal be accessible to the petitioner enabling
him to upload the information complete in all respect.
We notice that the matter is pending since the year
2018. As such, we direct the respondents to positively decide the
petitioner's application in accordance with law expeditiously Patna High Court CWJC No.486 of 2022 dt.21-02-2022
and within a period of four weeks thereafter.
The instant petition stands disposed of in the
aforesaid terms.

of.
