The petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction to

the respondents to absorb him on the post of Class III as he was

Ex-Instructor of Adult and Non-Formal Education.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner is a Non-Formal Instructor and his case is squarely

covered by the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court

dated 22.11.2022 passed in CWJC No. 15991 of 2014 (Raja

Ram Mehta & others Vs. The State of Bihar & others).

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the

prayer of the petitioner.
