... ... Respondent/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr.Sanjeev Kumar Mishra, Advocate For the State : Mr.Uday Pratap Singh, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR)

Date : 02-12-2022

Heard Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Mishra, learned

Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Uday Pratap Singh

for the State.

The petitioner's licence was suspended in the

year 2007, which was ultimately cancelled and the

appeal against such order of cancellation also stood

dismissed in the year 2008.

The petitioner had been a licensee of an Patna High Court CWJC No.19301 of 2017 dt.02-12-2022

earlier Control Order.

The afore-noted orders had been challenged

by the petitioner in the year 2017.

There is no good reason for us to interfere

with those orders after such a long delay, more so, when

a new control order, namely, Bihar Targeted Public

Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 is in

operation.

This inordinate delay in approaching the

Court prompts us to dismiss the petition.

The petition stands dismissed.
