After some arguments, Mr. Sinha, learned Advocate

for the petitioner elects to prefer an appeal against the order of

cancellation of his license before the appellate authority.

Should he prefer such an appeal before the appellate

authority within a period of thirty days, it shall be taken up for

hearing and after affording opportunity to him and other stake

holders, if deemed necessary, an order shall be passed within a Patna High Court CWJC No.7959 of 2022 dt.04-08-2022

further period of sixty days, giving reasons for either

sustaining or revoking the order of suspension. The order so

passed shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
