Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the

following relief/reliefs:

"That this is an application for

reinstatement of the petitioner on the post of

Mechanic Constable in terms of order dated

22.04.2018 by the Lok Adalat of this Hon'ble

Court in C.W.J.C. No. 16080/2016 alongwith

judgment reported in P.L.J.R. 2018(2) page

294 passed in L.P.A. No. 1584/2017 order

dated 31.01.2018."

The petitioner has a remedy of filing contempt

petition in not implementing the orders of this Court passed in

the aforesaid cases. That apart, the petitioner has not filed any

representation before the competent authority so as to issue

direction for implementation of the aforesaid order. In the

absence of the aforesaid material information, the present

petition is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed,

reserving liberty to the petitioner to resort appropriate remedy.
