(Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE)
Date : 21-10-2021
This appeal is directed against the
judgment/order dated 07.01.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No.
8087 of 2020, titled as Sriram Singh. Vs. The State of Bihar
& Ors., by a learned Single Bench of this Court.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we
are not inclined to interfere with the impugned
judgment/order, more so for the reason that we do not find
any legal infirmity therein. Dispute inter se two
private parties is pending before a Civil Court. As such, it is
open for the appellant to pursue the remedies before the said
Forum.
The appeal filed is misconceived and there is no
reason for us to interfere with the impugned judgment/
order.
The appeal is dismissed.
