Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against

the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, West, Muzaffarpur

suspending the licence of the petitioner, he has already preferred

an appeal before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur. However,

no decision has been taken thereon.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1643 of 2021 dt.30-11-2021

We dispose of the writ petition with the observation that

in case the appeal is still pending before the District Magistrate,

Muzaffarpur, he shall decide the same expeditiously and in any

case not later than eight weeks.

The petition stands disposed off.
