counsel for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioners hereby Patna High Court CWJC No.10024 of 2020 dt.30-11-2021

undertakes to remove all defects pointed out by the Stamp

Reporter as and when required. It is accordingly directed that all

defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter be removed within one

month hereof.

2. The present writ petition has been filed for "issuance

of appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions commanding the

respondent authorities to dispose of the Mutation Case No.3045 of

2013-2014 which is pending before the Circle Officer, Bagaha-1,

since April, 2016".

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners

states that Mutation Case No.3045 of 2013-2014 is pending before

the Circle Officer, Bagaha-1, West Champaran (respondent no.5)

for more than four years after the matter was remanded by the

DCLR, Bagaha, West Champaran in terms of order dated

28.03.2016 passed in Mutation Appeal No.05/2014-2015. It will

suffice if a direction for disposal of the aforesaid mutation case be

issued without entering into the detailed merits of the matter.

4. Learned counsel for the State appears and has been

heard.

5. Having regard to the nature of the grievance, the writ

petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to approach

the Circle Officer, Bagaha-1, West Champaran for appropriate

relief.

6. Office shall follow-up to ensure that all defects are

removed and compliance with the notices of this Court are made

by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para-1

hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice

of this Court.
