counsel for the respondents.

2. The present writ petition has been filed for "issuance

of appropriate writ (s), order (s), direction (s) to the concerned

respondents to entertain the objections/applications dated

11.10.2018 and 03.01.2020 made by the petitioner which are for

consider his claim relates to a piece of land pertaining to Khata

No.24 Khesra No.562, Area of 0.02 decimal which is boundred as

in North Road, in South-Self, in East- Bhupendra Singh, in West Patna High Court CWJC No.6558 of 2020 dt.29-11-2021

Hari Vansh Narayan Singh situated in Revenue village Pakri

Narottam under the Circle of Panapur in Saran district, which has

notified for acquisition relates to approach way of R.C.C., Gandak

bridge by Department of Revenue Land Reforms, Government of

Bihar, Patna on 30.12.2018 in Hindi Daily Prabhat Khabar. And

further for directing the concerned respondent No.04 to not issue

award or pay the compensation amount of the said land to

respondent No.07 who has claimed over the land in question in

collusion with the local revenue authority which is beyond the

verdict of partition suit no.134 of 1965 and its Execution Case No.

11 of 1982, whereby, petitioner and his family has got of the

aforementioned land and the same has also been executed in

favour of them. And also for any other relief or reliefs for which

the petitioner is found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances

of this case".

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner

states that he has filed a representation for payment of

compensation before the Land Acquisition Officer, Saran at

Chapra (respondent no.4) on 03.01.2020, which appears to be

pending.

4. Learned counsel for the State appears and has been

heard.

5. Having regard to the nature of the grievances, the

writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Land Acquisition

Officer, Saran at Chapra (respondent no.4) to consider and dispose

of the representation of the petitioner, said to have been filed on

03.01.2020, if still pending, on its own merits in accordance with

law and after grant of an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner,

expeditiously and in any event preferably within a period of eight

weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

judgment. If any amount is found payable to the petitioner, that

should be paid without any delay preferably within a further period

of three months thereafter.
