Heard learned counsel for the parties.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the

respondents has pointed out that under Section 75(1)(g) of the

Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948, a remedy is available to the

petitioner to go before the Employees' Insurance Court, Patna.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the

petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the

petition with liberty to avail the said remedy.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2181 of 2021 dt.17-11-2021

In view of above, the petition stands disposed off as

withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
