Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Admittedly, there is dispute of title for the ownership of

the lands in question, the same cannot be decided in a writ

jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for the appellant, after addressing the

Court at some length, prays that he may be allowed to withdraw

the appeal with liberty to approach the Civil Court for a decision

regarding the ownership of the lands in question.

In view of above, the Letters Patent Appeal stands

disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
