Heard.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking relief

in nature of issuance of appropriate writ directing the

respondents to make payment of a sum of Rs. 3,89,515/- to the

petitioner, in lieu of the works done by the petitioner.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the

amount to be paid by the respondent no. 4 stands admitted.

Copy of the writ petition has been served on the learned counsel Patna High Court CWJC No.9321 of 2020 dt.15-11-2021

for the respondents in the present case.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed off

with a direction that for payment of the aforesaid amount the

petitioner will file a representation within two weeks from today

and the same shall be disposed off by the respondent no. 4 by a

speaking order thereon within two weeks thereafter. It is

needless to state that in case, any amount is found payable, the

same shall be paid forthwith.
