These two writ petitions CWJC No. 2556 of 2019
and CWJC No. 5522 of 2019 are identical in nature and having
similar reliefs, accordingly, they are clubbed together and are
being heard and disposed of by a common order.
After some argument, learned counsel for the
petitioners submits that these writ petitions may be disposed of
in terms of the judgment dated 05.10.2020 passed in CWJC
3438 of 2019.
Counsel for the respondents raised no objection.
With consent of the parties, the aforesaid writ
petitions are disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file
detailed representation before the concerned authority who shall Patna High Court CWJC No.2556 of 2019 dt.05-03-2021
consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with
law, keeping in view the notification issued by the Finance
Department as contained in Memo no. 2424 dated 11.03.2013
and letter no. 6573 dated 24.07.2015.
