Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- Patna High Court CWJC No.17398 of 2018 dt.30-06-2021

"A. For issuance of a direction(s), order(s) or writ(s) including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondent authorities to strictly implementation of plastic waste management (Amendment) Rule 2018 and the principal rules of Plastic Waste management rules, 2016 in State of Bihar.

B. For issuance of a direction(s), order(s) or writ(s) including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondent authorities to make pro bono publico some bold, effective panel provisions for prevention of plastic uses.

C. For issuance of a direction(s), order(s) or writ(s) including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondent authorities to take appropriate action(s) in accordance with law to make our state (State of Bihar) "Plastic Free Zone".

D. Any other writ/writs for granting any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

We find that many of the issues are being considered

by us in the connected matters i.e. C.W.J.C. Nos. 353 of

2021, titled as Shivani Kaushik Vs. Union of India & Ors.

and CWJC No. 9639 of 2021, titled as Gaurav Kumar

Singh Vs. The Union of India & Ors.

As such, we close these proceedings reserving liberty

to the writ-petitioner to agitate the grievances, as also the Patna High Court CWJC No.17398 of 2018 dt.30-06-2021

other issues, if any, with the appropriate authorities.

We are hopeful that as and when any such request is

received, the same shall be considered and dealt with

expeditiously, in accordance with law.

We fully appreciate the efforts put in by Ms. Parul

Prasad, learned Amicus Curiae in assisting this Court.

However, we would request her to continue to assist this

Court as Amicus Curiae in the connected cases, referred to

supra.

Registry shall continue to send link to the learned

Amicus Curiae in the said cases.

Copy of this order be also placed on the file of the

connected matters.

Interlocutory Application(s), if any, shall stand

disposed of.
