After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner

seeks permission to withdraw the writ application to represent the

respondent authority for consideration of his case.

Considering the prayer made by the learned counsel for

the petitioner, the writ application is permitted to be withdrawn

with liberty to the petitioner to explore alternative remedy by filing

appropriate representation.
