2. Heard Mr. Ravi Kant Kumar, learned counsel for

the petitioner and Mr. Md. Nadim Seraj, learned GP 5 along

with Mr. Iqbal Asif Neyazi, learned AC to GP 5 for the State.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the

petitioner submitted that he has filed representation before the

respondent no. 1. It was submitted that the writ petition be

disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 1 to dispose

off such representation.

4. Learned counsel for the State is agreeable to such Patna High Court CWJC No.8796 of 2020 dt.21-01-2021

suggestion of the petitioner.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed

off with a direction to the respondent no. 1 to dispose off the

representation filed by the petitioner before him, copy of which

is Annexure-5 to the writ application, if already not disposed

off, latest within two months from today by passing a reasoned

order, in accordance with law.
