Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):-

"That the instant memo of appeal is being preferred by petitioners/Appellants for setting aside the order dated 05.09.2019 passed in CWJC No. 9438 of 2019 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Madhuresh Prasad, whereby and where in the learnerd Single Judge has been pleased to dismiss the writ petition preferred by petitioners/Appellant."

Learned counsel for the appellants submit that this case

is squarely covered by judgment and order dated 31.01.2020

passed in LPA No. 571 of 2019 and its analogous cases (Naresh

Kumar Vs the State of Bihar ).

In view of the above, this application is disposed of in

terms of the judgment and order dated 31.01.2020 passed in

LPA No. 571 of 2019 and its analogous cases (Naresh Kumar

Vs the State of Bihar).

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1247 of 2019 dt.20-02-2021

All observations and directions contained in the said

order shall apply to the instant petition mutatis mutandis.
