Heard learned counsels for respective parties.

In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the

following reliefs:-

"(i) A certiorari setting aside the office order passed from the level of Respondent Joint Secretary, contained in Memo No. 1192 dated 01.10.2020 (Annexure-

7), whereby and whereunder vide a very cryptic, non-speaking and suspicious manner earlier order issued vide Memo No. 1137 dated 11.9.2020 vacating the suspension of the petitioner, has illegally been withdrawn/cancelled unilaterally and in complete violation of principle of natural justice.

(ii) A Mandamus commanding and directing upon the Respondents concerned not to disturb the petitioner from discharging his duties regularly and sincerely alongwith payment of all his legal consequential dues.

(iii) And/or any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of this case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction

submitted that grievance of the petitioner is stated to have been

redressed as such the present petition does not survive.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
