Petitioner seeks recall of the order dated 16.08.2016

whereby the C.W.J.C. No. 5599 of 2016, titled as Urmila Devi

Vs. Uma Kalayani stands dismissed.

Noticeably, the Court was indulgent, inasmuch as on

an earlier occasion also, on 27.07.2016 and 08.08.2016 the

Court had adjourned the matter on account of non-appearance of

the counsel. The parties have been litigating for quite sometime.

In the present petition, no ground sufficient enough

for allowing the instant petition is made out.
