Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Admittedly, the case of the petitioner is pending before

the Certificate Officer. In the eventuality, he has filed his objection

under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery

Act, 1914 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act'), the Certificate

Officer shall decide the same expeditiously as per law. Needless to Patna High Court CWJC No.4406 of 2021 dt.07-12-2021

observe that he shall be at liberty to pass final order under Section

10 of the Act within a period of four weeks.

Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the

petitioner.
