Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that he has not

been paid the amount due to it for the work executed for the

concerned authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner has already

filed a representation before respondent no. 3 in this regard.

The writ petition stands disposed off with a direction

that in case, any such representation is pending before the

respondent no. 3, he shall decide the same forthwith, in any case, Patna High Court CWJC No.3325 of 2021 dt.06-12-2021

not later than three weeks. If any amount is found due, the same

shall be released to the petitioner without any delay.
