(DSGI) that he wants ten days' time to collect all the relevant documents, which would be forwarded shortly so that he may be able to assist the Court on the said date.

2. In the meantime, learned counsel for the appellants hands over the compilation of the relevant documents as well as the judgments on which he intends to rely upon and the copies thereof have already been handed over to learned DSGI as well as Mr. Jaydeep Pal,
