1. Pursuant to order dated 19.03.2026 Mr. Amitabh Pradhan, learned Additional Standing Counsel produces the detailed parawise reply of the IIC, Kashipur Police Station, Rayagada along with the FIR in Kashipur P.S. Case No.202 of 2024, Kashipur P.S. Case No.268 of 2025, Kashipur P.S. General Diary Entry No.05 dated 07.12.2025 and the Warrant of Arrest issued in G.R. Case No.611 of 2024 to the IIC, Kashipur Police Station by the learned JMFC, Kashipur on 20.12.2025.

2. In view of the nature of the allegations in the CRLMP as well as the instructions of the IIC, Kashipur Police Station, I am of the view that it is necessary for proper adjudication of the CRLMP,

that the Opposite Party Nos.3 and 4 file a counter affidavit in this case.

3. The affidavit in question shall be filed by 07.04.2026 after serving a copy on Mr. Deepankar Panigrahy, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

4. List this case on 09.04.2026.
