  13.       1.       Notice in this application had been issued on 06.02.2025

and the impugned order which is the order dated 09.07.2024 directing for payment of interim maintenance of Rs.20,000/- to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.10,000/- to the Opposite Party No.2 along with litigation expenses of Rs.10,000/- had been directed to be stayed subject to the petitioner paying a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.5,000/- to the Opposite Party No.2.

2. Pursuant to this order, payment of Rs. 10,000/- and Rs.5,000/- is being made each month to the Opposite Parties. But it is stated at the bar that the CRP which has filed in the year 2022 is still pending.

3. Call for a report from the learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore regarding present status of CRP No. 112 of 2022.

4. List this matter on 07.04.2026.

5. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
