1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this CRLMC

with liberty to file better application.

3. In view of such submission made, the CRLMC is dismissed as

withdrawn giving liberty as submitted.

4. Certified copy of the impugned order under Annexure-1 be

returned to the learned counsel for the Petitioner by substituting

a photo copy of the same thereof.
