01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard.
3. Since the Opposite Party No.2/ informant has already
entered her appearance through Mr. D.K. Misra, learned
counsel, let the learned counsel for Petitioners serve an
extra copy of the brief on him within two working days
hence.
4. At this juncture, though learned counsel for the
Petitioners and the learned counsel for the Opposite Party
No.2/informant in one tone submit that both the parties
are ready for amicable settlement of the dispute, they have
not yet filed any joint affidavit to that effect.
5. In such view of the matter, they are directed to file a

copy thereof to the local Police Station before the next date
