                                  2.      The   petitioner   no.2-Rakesh   Kumar    Tripathy

representing the petitioner no.1-Maa Bhabani Medical Store, BBSR is present in person. Similarly, Mr. Sangram Kumar Chhatoi, Relationship Manager, ICICI Bank, Bhubaneswar is present along with Ms. Reena Nayak, Law Officer, ICICI Bank. In consequence to the order passed in the last the National Lok Adalat, the petitioner albeit appears to have paid some amount, but has not cleared the full amount, which was negotiated and settled. In the aforesaid situation and circumstance, especially when the matter is likely to be settled fully within some time vis-à-vis the request of the parties, place this matter before the next National Lok Adalat.
