05. 1. It is submitted that involving similar issues regarding maintainability of the writ petition before High Court, the matter has been referred to the larger Bench in Tamilnadu Cements Corporation Limited vs. Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council and another, (2025) 4 SCC 1.

2. List all these matters on 27th April 2026 as prayed by both the parties.

3. The interim orders passed in W.P.(C) No.15612 of 2021 and W.P.(C) No.15609 of 2021 shall continue till 27th April 2026.
