01. 1. Heard Mr. P.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. G. Tripathy, learned Additional Government Advocate for State-Opposite Parties.
2. Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Additional Commissioner (Enforcement), Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.4) to consider the prayer of the Petitioner as per his representation under Annexure-3 series and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
3. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
