  01.          1.    This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to inaction of the Zone Officer, Upper Indravati Irrigation Project, Kusumkhunti, Kalahandi in disposing of his application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for brevity 'the Act'), which was filed in terms of the Judgment dated 19th October, 2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhawanipatna in LAR No.126 of 2016 in a reference under Section 18 of the Act.

3. Mr. Biswal, learned Additional Standing Counsel prays for an adjournment to take instruction in the matter.

4. Put up this matter on 15th April, 2026, along with WP(C) No.2312 of 2026.

5. Instruction, if any, shall be obtained by that date positively.
