                                          ORDER

30.01.2026 Order No.

01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. It is alleged by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the order dated 09.07.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.18219 of 2025 having been duly communicated to the Opposite Party- Contemnor vide postal receipt under Annexure-2 to the contempt application, however, the Opposite Party-Contemnor has not implemented the same. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner alleged wilful and deliberate violation of this Court's order which makes the Opposite Party-Contemnor liable to be proceeded under the Contempt of Court's Act,

3. Learned counsel for the Contemnor, on the other hand, sought for some time to implement the order of this Court in the event the same attains finality.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties, as a last chance, this Court grants further six weeks' time to the Contemnor to implement the order dated 09.07.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.18219 of 2025, failing which, the Contemnor shall be asked to appear in person before this Court and to explain as to why a proceeding under the Contempt of Courts Act shall not be initiated against him for wilful and deliberate violation of this Court's order.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the contempt petition is disposed of.
