01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for Parties.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:-

"Under the circumstances, this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to issue rule NISI calling upon the Opp.Parties to show cause as to why the writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs shall not be issued directing the Opposite Parties to regularising the service of the Petitioner as Accountant as he has already completed more than 12 years uninterruptedly on being selected through the process of selection.

Further, the Opp. Parties may be directed to extend all other consequential and financial benefits as has been extended to other contractual employees under the Government of Odisha.

If the Opp. Parties failed to show cause or show insufficient cause rule may be made absolute.

And further be pleased to pass any other order/orders as deemed fit and proper;

And for this act of kindness, the Petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

4. It is contended by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the issue involved in the present case is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court on 21.11.2025 in W.P.(C) No.30847 & batch.

5. Considering the submission made, this Court dispose of the Writ Petition in the light of the judgment passed by this Court on 21.11.2025 in W.P.(C) No.30847 & batch.
