  06.       1.      Pursuant to order dated 20.01.2026 passed in CRLMC No.

2164 of 2006, CRLREV No. 872 of 2006 filed by co-accused Deba Kishore Kar has been listed along with this case.

2. Mr. D.P. Pattnaik, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner in CRLREV No. 872 OF 2006 submits that since the case has not been listed after 2006, he does not have any contact with the Petitioner and prays for a short adjournment in order to obtain instructions.

3. Perused the report dated 24.01.2026 of the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara where it is stated that on 19.07.2006, the

cognizance of offences under Section 500/34 of IPC had been taken against the accused persons Baikunthanath Mohapatra, Prafulla Kumar Jena and Debakishore Kar, but pursuant to order passed by this Court in CRLMC No. 2164 of 2006, further proceedings in the case has been stayed and the record is at the stage of awaiting intimation from the Hon'ble Court.

4. None appears for the Opposite Party (complainant) in CRLREV No. 872 of 2006 although counsel have appeared on his behalf.

5. Since the impugned order challenged in CRLMC No. 2164 of 2006 and CRLREV No. 872 of 2006 is common, it is proper that both the cases should be heard by one Bench.

6. List these cases on 12.02.2026.

7. As Criminal Revisions are not assigned to this Court, the Registry shall obtain permission from the Hon'ble Chief Justice and list both the cases before one Bench.

8. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till 12.02.2026.
