01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the judgment dated 31.05.2025 (Annexure-1) passed by the Commissioner for Employee's Compensation -cum- Divisional Labour Commissioner, Khordha, Odisha in E.C. Case No. 03 of 2022 in a proceeding under section 10 of the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923 (for brevity, the 'Act')
3. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition submitting that the petitioner has a remedy under section 30 of the said Act.
4. In view of such submission, the writ petition stands disposed of with an observation that the petitioner may assail the impugned judgment by availing the statutory remedy in accordance with law.
5. Authenticated copy of the impugned judgment under Annexure-1 be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner on substitution of attested photo copy thereof.
