02. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. This CONTC arises out of the judgment/order dated
25.09.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.27617 of 2025.
3. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
4. At the outset, learned counsel for the Opposite Party(s)/
Contemnor(s), on instruction, submits that the order from
which this CONTC arises, has already been complied with
in the meantime. The communication dated 09.01.2026
made to that effect by the Tahasildar, Raghunathpur
produced in Court today be kept on record.
5. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that
nothing survives in this CONTC to be adjudicated upon
by this Court any further.
