01. 1. Heard Mrs. K. Roy Choudhury, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. G. Tripathy, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-Opposite Parties.
2. Considering the limited prayer of the Petitioner that his admitted dues are pending with the Opposite Parties and it is covered under the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court as per Annexure-10 series, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Chief Engineer (Buildings & Bridges), Nirman Soudha, Keshari Nagar, Unit-V, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.3) to consider the prayer of the Petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
3. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
