1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Mr. Mund, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in spite of judgment dated 18th September, 2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhawanipatna in the district of Kalahandi in L.A.R. No.31 of 2019 in a reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, the Zone Officer, Upper Indravati Irrigation Project, Kusumkhunti in the district of Kalahandi has not yet released the enhanced compensation. Hence, the Petitioner being aggrieved by the inaction of the Authority has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel prays for an adjournment to take instruction in the matter.

4. Put up this matter on 26th February, 2026. Instruction, if any, shall be obtained by that date positively.
