  03.       1.     During   the   course    of   hearing,   learned

senior counsel appearing on behalf of the Odisha State Housing Board, referring to the show-cause affidavit, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and that the Petitioners

have been given promotion from Jr. Assistant to Sr. Assistant with effect from 20.03.2025, i.e. from the date of joining of his Junior, Sri Maheswar Oram. Hence it is stated that there has been no violation of the order passed by this Court.

2. Reply by way of rejoinder has been submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners, inter alia, submitting that the direction of this Court, specifically referring to "consequential benefits" has not been followed in letter and spirit. As such, it is clear case of violation.

3. On the consent of the parties, list this matter on 11.02.2026 at 2 P.M. along with CONTC Nos.190 of 2025 and 720 of 2025 to enable the learned counsel to address this Court on the import of expression "consequential benefits" in the background in which the same has been mentioned in the judgment, for alleged violation of which the present CONTC has been filed.
