02. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This I.A. has been filed by the petitioner in the disposed of writ petition vide W.P.(C) No.28267 of 2025 for correction of some unintentional and inadvertent typographical mistake therein i.e. for correction of the name of "Satyananda Nayak" to "Pratima Bisoi" in the paragraph No.1.

3. Heard from the learned counsels of both the sides.

4. After hearing from the learned counsels of both the sides, it is held that, the above mistake in the Paragraph No.1of the judgment passed in W.P.(C) No. 28267 of 2025 on dated 17.10.2025 is purely unintentional and inadvertent typographical mistake.

The above correction thereof shall not change the nature, character and final result of the judgment, rather

the said correction in the judgment is necessary to make the same meaningful and proper.

5. Therefore, this I.A. filed on behalf of the petitioner for correction of the above inadvertent typographical mistake in the judgment dated 17.10.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No. 28267 of 2025 is allowed.

6. The above typographical mistake in the Paragraph No.1 of the judgment dated 17.10.2025 as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner be corrected.

7. As such, this I.A. is disposed of finally.

                                  03.   1.    The correction in the judgment of W.P.(C) No.

28267 of 2025 as per the final order passed today in this I.A. No.19278 of 2025 is carried out in the Court in presence of the learned counsels of both the sides.

2. Urgent certified copy of the corrected judgment of the W.P.(C) No.28267 of 2025 be granted to the petitioner on proper application.
