3. It is stated that the file has since been indorsed to the Finance Department for obtaining concurrence required for implementing the order of this Court, subject to outcome of the Writ Appeal filed against it. As such, further time is required.

4. Considering the statements made, this Court dispenses with the personal appearance of the Commissioner-cum-Secretary till the next date.
