08.01.2026 Order No. RPFAM No.241 of 2025 & I.A. No.379 of 2025

02. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

3. The matter be listed in the week commencing from 2nd March, 2026.

4. Office is directed to call for the scanned copy of the TCR before the next date of listing.

5. As an interim measure, operation of the impugned judgment dated 07.07.2025, passed in Criminal Proceeding No.163 of 2019, is stayed subject to the Petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.7,00,000/-(Rupees seven lakhs) only in two equal installments within six weeks hence, in shape of demand drafts, to be drawn in the name of the Opposite Party-wife, before the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar and going on paying Rs.30,000/-

every month by 10th of the succeeding month to the Opposite Party-wife during pendency of the present revision petition.

6. It is made clear that, if such deposits are made, the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar shall do well to handover the demand drafts to the Opposite Party-wife forthwith.

7. It is made further clear that if the Petitioner fails to act in terms of the order passed today, the learned executing court may proceed further in accordance with law in Crl. Execution Case No.142 of 2025.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application as per rules.
