02. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

The present Jail Criminal Appeal has been filed impugning the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 04.04.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhadrak in Sessions Trial No.238/104 of 2012-13. Subsequent thereto, Criminal Appeal No.627 of 2019 has also been filed by the convict himself.

In view of the same, the present Jail Criminal Appeal No.78 of 2018 is disposed of.
