1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. This CONTC has been filed by the Petitioner for non-compliance

of the order dated 16.07.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C)

No.10894 of 2025.

4. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party/Contemnor submits that

since the encroachers have filed an appeal before the Sub-

Collector, Sadar, Sambalpur, and the Sub-Collector has granted a

stay order in favour of the encroachers, the aforesaid order of this

court has not been complied with.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the

parties, this Court is of the view that no contempt is made out

against the Opposite Party/Contemnor.

6. Accordingly, the CONTC is dismissed being dropped.
