This is an application for stay realization of fine.

2. Heard.

3. Considering the submissions made and the recitals in the I.A, it is directed that the realization of fine imposed by the learned J.M.F.C., Umerkote in G.R. Case No.121 of 2007 shall remain stayed till disposal of the Criminal Revision.

4. I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

1. The Petitioner by filing this application under Section 389 of Cr.P.C./430 of BNSS prays for suspension of execution of sentence imposed upon him for the conviction recorded under Sections 354/511/451 IPC by the learned J.M.F.C., Umerkote in G.R. Case No.121 of 2007 and his release on bail pending disposal of this Criminal Revision.

2. Heard.

3. Considering the submissions made and the recitals in the I.A and since there is no patent violation of the judgment dated 27.12.2025 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Umerkote in Criminal Appeal No.02 of 2022 confirming the judgment and the order of conviction dated 21.03.2007 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Umerkote in G.R. Case No.121 of 2007, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application for bail.

4. Accordingly, I.A stands rejected.
