"*** In view of above, the matter may be placed again before the Govt. for compliance of the orders dated 28.02.2025 in W.P.(C) No.2651/2019 as per observation made by the Hon'ble Court thereon and necessary instruction in this regard may be communicated to this office to avoid further legal complicacy in the case."
