                          2.              1.        This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for the following relief:

"It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to admit the present writ application/ petition, issue notice to the Opposite Parties and after hearing both the parties be pleased to: issue a writ in the nature of mandamus & thereafter, direct the Opposite Party no.02 to consider the Petitioner's objection relating to the quantum of compensation & thereafter, evaluate & give the proper compensatory amount by considering the Petitioner's objection;

And may pass any other appropriate Writ/Writs and order/orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper;

And for which act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

3. Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail remedy before the appropriate forum. Memo so filed is taken on record.
